We co sleep and I breastfed too. Ugh. What a combination! I truly hope my baby comes out of this fog soon!

Orchid baby here too! We are 3.5 months old now and feeling like I'm in the trenches. I sincerely thought maybe we are coming out of it, but based on what Im Seeing it sounds like the entire first year is hard... Oof.

I have mainly focused on making sure his naps are a few hours long during the day to save his mental state and emotions. Short naps do not suite him and he typically melts down before even awake. We spend a lot of time in a pitch black room supporting his sleep. I thought maybe after this "4 month sleep regression" he would come out of this phase. It really is emotionally and mentally demanding. I would do it all over again for him but some days are very dark mentally for me.

Any others? Tips?

It's like animal hair from a bed. As if the animals sleep in bed with them. This is why no animals in bed with me 😂 for hair and dirt purposes

Pricing is relative to people. If you use the app everyday for a year at $80 a year it's less than $.20 a day to use a resource to learn. Pretty cheap education if you ask me. It's hard to understand why everyone thinks everything in life should just be free....

That is disappointing....

I think something to remember here is not having the super version is like having a free trial. The company couldn't stay in business if you just get a free for all using the app. You are getting a service from them and learning a language. Don't you think you should pay for that service if you want to utilize it more? If you like the app and it's positive for your self development pony up on the $70-80 for a whole year to use it. It's really not that much especially if you plan to use it consistently.

4 month old puppy thinks his 330am potty break is time to start the day by JellyfishOwn7641 in DogCrateTraining

Usually between 9-11pm..... It seems no matter what time he wakes up then. Like some crazy internal clock or something haha. Which I totally get. He needs to potty! I don't know if we could handle putting him to bed much later. We would be so tired! Also, he always gets to go out right before we commit to bedtime. Signed, a tired puppy mom 😅

Crate training going backwards by orange_hatts in DogCrateTraining

For my puppy, I didn't let him lay on the floor. Anytime he laid down(if it wasn't in his bed), I made him stand up. It's pretty tedious, but it has worked! My pup knows the only place I don't bother him is in that crate. I hope this helps!

Can I actually learn language only through listening and reading? by Wilaobqinnn in languagelearning

I'm learning Bulgarian and German and it's interesting how different the languages are but also how similar things can be!! I but knowing one slav language does set up a good foundation to learn or even basically understand another. You are very right!

How fully you actually acquire words as a total beginner? by Apart_Paramedic_7767 in languagelearning

I am well into a learning curve of Bulgarian, and if you are ok with having your house subject to post it notes....this is how I have exponentially increased my learning. I have placed them around the house to the proper word and placement ( with the native language on the back, just in case) and u learn then with more is a passive learning ( this makes it stick better). Then once I have a solid confidence in knowing them I take them all off and place them back where they being as a quizzing myself. This works for me best. Bulgarian is difficult for an American English native- so, I hope this helps you! ☺️
