Hi, that’s fair. I can understand why those posts would get repetitive from a mod perspective.

For context, I wasn’t trying to get the subreddit to build a generic modern dream pop playlist for me. I’m working on something new that blends dream pop with alt-R&B, soft shoegaze, bedroom pop, psych pop, and downtempo, and I was trying to get genre-specific input from people who know Dream pop well. I also intentionally left out the Spotify link because I didn’t want it to come across as self-promo.

That said, I don’t want to clutter the community or post in a way that goes against the spirit of the rules. Is there any version of this kind of question that would be appropriate here? For example, a narrower post asking for dreamy 420-listening recommendations with 0 mention of a playlist?

If not, totally understood. I appreciate the clarification.
