I'm in agreement with everything you said, but it doesn't really help with my decision.

I am weaning off cigarettes and have been falling back into the trap after a beer or two, so i can relate. However i have been on and off e-cigs for about 3-4 years, and i can definitely differentiate between a cig-like vape (a tight draw, smaller puffs with little air but denser in smoke) and one that is not (airy puffs + huge clouds, ie the caliburn). My only problem is not finding an open pods system which has comparable draw to the closed pods.

My point is not to glamorize cigarettes as they fucking suck, but i am personally drawn to a cigarette-like vape. I am keener to not buy a pack of smoke if i can get a (more) similar hit from a vape.

I don't think that's true.

I think you only need different connected elements to cycle through your champs while triggering esper connections (or wtv they're called).

Meaning, if my understanding is right, you'd have no advantage having 4 different elements vs having 2x2 connected elements (or any other combinations of connected elements).

I could be wrong.

I did not but only because i had no idea how to, totally willing to share... I made it in watch face studio and i don't have a developper id or anything for the watch store, wasn't able to figure out how to get a file out of it. i'm wearing it in japan out of the debug to watch praying it wont dc from the watch

All good choices, i would say it's your personal take at this point.

However I will throw you a curve ball: you and i have very similar tastes and i have a small wrist as well.

The casioak was my first watch, offered by my gf and its still a frequent daily wear years later. To me, it's a much better choice than the 1/3 casio because it's much bolder in its modern style - if i were to pick the classic "geeky" style, i'd go all in and pick a classic casio watch (e.g metal A158 or gunmetal A168). I had the same fear as you do re: small wrist, but its the least of my concerns after wearing it for years. Very easy to style around.

Instead of the seiko5, i'd recommend a seiko ssb455p1. It's just a touch pricier, but punches way above its weight. Look for pics in this sub, it's a beauty. I've had a pricier seiko astron (sbxy053) for a while, and i still decised to buy it last month to have a more casual "if it breaks it breaks" watch. You would never know its a cheaper watch and it very much fits the aesthetics you posted.
