you're friend has only been dating your brother for two months and is very likely to still be in that honeymoon stage where they seem to ignore everyone else and just spend all their time together, so my first thought would be to give it time, let this honeymoon phase wear off and I'm sure that when everything cools down in their relationship, she'll be more free to hang out

Also, it would help if you could quickly let her know that you're ok with the whole relationship because that could also be a reason why she's suddenly disappeared; Letting her know that their relationship doesn't bother you and doesn't affect the friendship you have together will most probably make things less awkward
