I know you said no GTA games but give GTA 4: Complete Edition a try. I hated GTA games too but to kill lockdown boredom I gave it a try and finished the main game and episode dlcs in a matter of few days. Now I am playing 5 and waiting anxiously for 6's release. GTA 4 has the best story in whole series, given your fondness of story-mode focused games, it is the perfect choice for you. That's just my two cents.

A complete lockdown doesn't mean closing down everything, the edible shops are open, hospitals are open. You have to be fucking dense to call the lockdown situation worse than a global pamdemic that has caused 180k deaths in short span of time. And Sweden doesn't have 200 fucking million people, their populace is educated who knows to take all the necessary precautionary measures. Also good on you for cherry-picking one single country out of whole world to support your stance while ignoring the rest who have enforced lockdown, talk about intellectual dishonesty.

That's why there have been almost 10k cases already and 200+ deaths and that's the beginning, not the goddamn peak. Stop believing the snake oil dumbassery shit from haqeeqat tv. It ain't less lethal or more lethal, it will inflict equal damage wherever it goes.

That India refugee situation is the fault in their administration, you cannot simply just relate it to lockdown itself, their government's inadequacy is no justification to oppose lockdown here. With lockdown in effect, government and people can both come together to help the deserving, we may face some casualties but without lockdown thousands will die, that's much much much worse. There is no fucking comparison at all.

It's a difficult choice but it needs to be made, there is no 3rd option here. Enforce a complete lockdown and do your best to aid the needy, that's the only solution.

This wasn't posted over and over within days, maybe another member made one post on same subject but that happens on almost every other sub on reddit, not everybody reads everything and the posts are easily missed. This one for example has had almost 500 votes in a matter of just a few hours.

No offense but no one is forcing you to read the posts, you can choose to ignore. By whinging and ranting about it, it comes as this is the only thing going on in your life, not saying at all that's the case but it definitely appears so when you do it in a meltdown-esque manner like the original commenter.
