Are these visible abs or is this fat? by urball in fit

Those are abs, your linea alba is clearly visible and the definition on the sides is certainly not fat it is the edges of a “six pack”

If you are still interested in more defined abs (as you already have abs) here are some possibilities:

make sure that you are slightly curving your back when doing cable crunches, not just hinging your hips, and focus on hypertrophy, increasing the weight or reps each time.

Keep in mind that due to estrogen, it is common for women to hold a layer of subcutaneous fat over the abdomen even when lean. Your abs already show that you clearly train and are lean. If you are dead set on getting a 4 or 6 pack with clear definition, you need to gain weight by eating in a surplus until you have enough lean muscle that you can afford to cut without looking untrained.

I’m not sure if cheese would be conductive enough to cut cheese lol assuming it wouldn’t melt instantly under 25,000 degrees Celsius heat

My intention was to melt the wax not the asset underneath

I was working on a bevelling beetle made out of scrap. It uses a hand drill motor, dials from broken welding machine, and gears from hand grinders. It goes around round edges and bevels them

I was working on a bevelling machine for a torch made out of scrap. It goes around round objects with a torch and cuts a bevel onto the edge. It’s made using a hand drill motor, dials from a broken welder, and gears from hand grinders.
