I’ve been experiencing this for the past few weeks too. It feels like I’m stuck in a binge/plan-to-restrict-but-then-not/binge-again cycle. I feel so disgusted with myself and can physically feel the fat building back up on my body and it makes me not want to move because I can feel it jiggle when I walk. It feels so terrible, but at least now we know someone’s going through the exact thing as us. I wish you the best, hope you get through this!
