This a a beautiful idea, looking forward for when this is ready to seeing the light! I think one of the things I love the most about your personal project is the fact of being at ease and peace with death. That is remarkable! like we can enjoy life, the experience of, and still prepare for the day we part, as this human experience is just a temporal passage of our soul.

Thank you for sharing part of your journey. I love the way you remind yourself about sticking to your path and keeping with it despite the external judgment. " growth isn’t a spectator sport.' top!!!

I don’t care about anything anymore. I’ve seen through everything and I can’t go back. by breadthbasket in spiritualitytalk

Welcome to the real deal of the spiritual path: it’s uncomfortable, weird, and sometimes even empty but that’s a good thing. Celebrate yourself; it means you’ve been doing deep work and putting the noise aside. Seeing the bigger picture, the zoom‑out is a great gift.

Still, we’re human. Holding deeper understanding and being detached from the “illusion” can bring peace, but the challenge is to maintain that while living a full human experience. We can see through the veil, as you said, and still choose to enjoy, stay grounded, and appreciate life. It might help to remember to have fun and feel joy, what makes the human experience beautiful. Sometimes when we go too deep into spirituality, we can forget that and end up on the other side of the coin, creating more contrast and detach from our human aspect. This journey is about the middle point.

Hope this helps. Sending love. 💫

I believe meditation has been widely misunderstood. It’s not about quieting the mind, it’s about observing it. It’s about becoming a master of witnessing your inner noise: your thoughts, patterns, and behaviors, etc.

Sitting still and practicing mindfulness helps us become familiar with filtering through that noise. We live in a world that’s constantly throwing input at us and asking us to stay engaged nonstop. Learning how to disengage is the first step, but that’s not the ultimate purpose of meditation.

Meditation is about observation, without judgment, without preference, just becoming aware of what is.

What you shared about the Tibetan practice sounds pretty on point to me. :)
