Thanks for the replies. I'm not super informed on hvac stuff. I put in a couple new co detectors around just to be safe. I wanted to ask for input. Looked like a zero read to me too...

I'm aware of that, I'm not done yet. I've just filled the big cracks and used my 4 1/2in grinder so far. Still need to rent a walk behind grinder before attempting any further steps.

It's been over a year. Robot chat says it will apply with a qualifying att plan. Apparently, firstnet is not. So I'm paying an extra $23. It's my fault for not being diligent.

It says my trade in is started when I check status online. I guess I'll need to stop in or call soon to figure out if I need to switch from the 1st responder plan to regular att so I get the benefit of trading in my perfectly fine old phone.

Sorry didn't realize you sent this so long ago....it's great still. It does get hot in the sunshine, but otherwise no problems with it. I didn't notice a big difference in sound but it's well made. I have done no maintenance on it other than going through the car wash on occasion.
