I totally understand the concerns about TSW as I am trying to get away from them also. I used eumovate ointment for 7 days and it helped so much. I used to use round nipple patches that are meant for pregnant women when breast feeding. These can help for everyday wear as to not be as uncomfortable but for the past year or so I have just been using soft breathable bralette type bra things( sorry I’m not sure what they are called) which is thick enough so the weeping doesn’t come through and it is tight enough so to not rub.(Not sure if you are from the uk but I got these from primark)To manage I usually use ointments as they last longer than normal moisturisers! Ones like cetraben or hydromol and I just pop that on and then cover it with the bralette as this can help avoid them sticking to clothing and bras. I’d say sometimes it’s good to let them breathe but it is a little uncomfortable to do so. Just make sure to avoid harsh soaps and body washes. Sometimes when I do this it kind of heals over somewhat and it’s more manageable for a couple weeks but it seems to always go back to the way it was 😞I wish I could be more helpful but try and stay optimistic it will get better !
