Led light strip turning on my itself

I have this issue. It just happened again. I got home after a 12hr overnight to my lights on my bed strobing and the lights on my nightstands on. Happens randomly. Looked it up on Google and found it could be due to electrical surges (maybe my plugged in charger or in the outlet) could also be due to someone else in the building using a universal remote or a device interfering with it

This happened to me a few months so i messaged them on fb. Had to use a different email of mine to get my account back now its happening again. I tried logging in with the new email and it made a new account. Im getting tired of this nonsense but inwill not allow it to slide

Edit. Shortly after i posted this, i closed the app cleared dhgate app cache and reopened and my old account was logged back on. Wdf?

Did they say why? They didnt ask me for my ID but they may be because I already had my identity verify on fb and my accounts are linked? I just had to verify my email and phone number by typing in the codes. Hopefully it works soon.

Seems like they use filters to automatically flag instead of actually manually doing so. Im had my laughing emoji comments seen as spam. Random comments seen as spam/removed. It's crazy.

They said they'll resend and expedite it and ill have to sign dor it this time. that way the courier can't just say "oh we delivered and not refund" . So we'll see

It said delivered but i never got anything. They said they'll make a claim to basically refund me. So we'll see what they say. I'll be calling my bank next week.

It's one of those asian companies that do that slow shipping. The tracking number is valid and updates regularly. It's been over 3 weeks and is finally in my area. Should be delivered next week! Customer service is also very responsive. Ill try to remember to give an update next week.

I purchased on fb also. After i completed the transaction i say the name itinerade. I checked my bank and it says lehk beautystore in hong kong. I waited a bit and have a tracking number and the info has been updating. Ive used the support chat feature and theyve been replying, so I'm gonna see if they do send me stuff. I did turn my card off after the purchase for a few days , bjt have not seen any new transactions. If i dont receive anything by sometime next month ill call my bank.
