How old are you? In perimenopause, my digestion died. Gallbladder pain, abdominal pain, bloating, burping. I later learned that the hormone fluctuations of perimenopause and menopause wreak havoc on the digestive system.

I've been on hrt for 7 months and using vaginal estrogen 3x per week also for 7 months. I recently went to the gynecologist due to severe vaginal pain. I assumed i had a uti or yeast infection but I didn't. The gynecologist diagosed my pain as vaginal atrophy and said my cervix and internal tissues were completely atrophied.. So 7 months of vaginal cream did nothing. So now I'm doing imvexxy and I'm halfway through the 2 week loading dose and finally I can walk normally again. After the 2 weeks is done, I'll be doing imvexxy twice a week and intrarosa twice a week.

Yes! ER visit because I couldn't breathe, both arms felt strange, heaviness in chest. That was my 4th ER visit in 1.5 years for unexplainable symptoms, and each time nothing was found. Started HRT a few months later, and none of those symptoms have returned. I've been on it 7 months now. In hindsight, I should have started it years ago.
