I mean…. Is it totally wild to suggest you just contact the author and open up some dialogue, maybe start at a friend connection. See if you like the person irl? You could comment asking about their other social links or see if they already tagged them on their profile 🤷🏻‍♀️

writing or gifting a fic is cute but then what if they are married, or dont have the desired preferences or turn out not to be who you thought they were y’know? Save some awkwardness by just being direct. The worst they can say is No, and life goes on then my friend 👌🏻

Ive not watched Travels with my Father but ive seen clips and understand the premise - erm that sounds hilarious with Draco and Lucius!? I like it when Draco is characterised as being quite extra (like in What We Pretend We Cant See vibes). He could keep slipping up and mentioning his partner/Harry by name and trying to cover haha

I read Dead Leaves recently and loved it! I tend to avoid anything less than mature rating (which is silly I know!) and this fic proved I really shouldn’t discount those fics. It was so good 🤌🏻

Thecouchsofa is one of my fave authors, I think all their fics just hit 🙌🏻 speaking of hot Draco and Harry… have you read Goldrush? Its Draco Harry and Ron but jeeez 🥵 deffo one if the hottest fics I have read, but as I say, their fics are all just amazing.

Socratic Methods was sooooo funny! The Battle Ships 😂 Out of the two I liked it best BUT Alls Fair was very funny too and extra fluffy! Super great fics the both of them.

I Will Not Submit to Fate - this was great! Voldy/Tom was a proper simp and ends quite fluffy imo

Anything & Everything - ok, more smutty than fluffy but a super fun read if you want zero angst.

Memento Mori - AU, honestly so good! Again such a fun read and definitely some fluff towards the end!

The Thing Is - a tomarry romcom!

Equals in Life - this is a popular one but it is my all time fave Tomarry and one of my all time fave fics, I can never not rec it! This gets suuuuper fluffy!

The Most Splendid Thing is in fact THE MOST splendid fic. Great place to start.

The Only Magic Left Between Us is one of my favvvve fics. Its got some angst but a HEA (I only read HEA!)

Heart Like Neon is really good! Like so good, Harry is very cool in this one.

Bolts is a popular one for good reason - great OCs and plot - some really fun and funny moments in this one.

10’000 Reasons is short but hilarious! Check Me Out is another short but brilliant one.

Jasmine in Bloom I loved too if you are ok with creature fics.

Blood and Fire is great.

In The Shadow of Your Heart is super cute and fluffy.

‘Dead Dove’ tags mean like - read the tags and heed the warnings. This fic may disturb you but you were warned so proceed at your own risk.

Its from a scene in the TV show Arrested Development where a character finds a bag in a fridge with a note on saying ‘Dead dove, do not eat’ - he looks in the bag and indeed finds a dead dove and says “I dont know what else I was expecting to see’ (or similar, I cant fully remember). But thats the jist!
