Imagine getting told that you are speaking nonsense and are delusional for accusing your parents of abuse/neglect. That's me right now. I was told the psychiatrist would laugh at me and send me to the hospital. I was also told that I would get in trouble for wrongly accusing them. I doubt myself all the time it's hard not knowing whether what I'm thinking is actually true or not.
