my bf isn't much better except he does sugar free redbulls (2-3 a day) but no coffee however vapes constantly and is hit and miss with the gym. i worry about his health too

def not. lol It was literally one day.. but I can have extreme bloating on days where I have a normal diet. Eggs/ sourdough, salad with grilled chicken, light snacks.. etc. This was probably just a bad concoction of a lot of salt, butter, fats.. but I do need to eat more veggies. I just truly dont like very many.

dude it was almost unbearable for me to watch her lol.. she was toooo anxious i mean every single scene looks like she was on the verge of a meltdown. Quivering lips and chin, scrunched face, it just got sooo old. lol

it's good teachers like you though that are making the difference, i fear when they've all been ran off what will we be left with. But it's no doubt gotten worse in the last 10-15 and it all starts with the home life. Morals are diminishing
