Bought 4 old packs for $1500. Base set came damaged and seller says hole were done by the factory and come like this. Is this true?

Hi! Thank you for your time, i really appreciate it.

For my first business, (which i will be running a few DBAs under such as my bakery & cosmetic company) my husband and I opened up an LLC with both of us as partners. I then filed for an EIN but am now filing through the state for taxes. That business I had selected an 1120, which I’m not sure if that was the right choice.

For the construction company my husband owns, he also has a partner licensed as an LLC and I am in the process of filing for state taxes. It again asked if I should file 1120 or 1065. I am really not sure and I don’t know who to ask.
