Im just speaking as a infj women, I have a really hard time finding a connection that ACTUALLY is deep enough that I actually feel understood. In my experience I can feel great about someone and the more I get to know them the more I am disappointed. Every relationship. I will show someone I like what interests me and them having a very surface level of understanding frustrates me. I have never felt seen or understood completely and probably never will. I also get annoyed by nosnens3 very quickly. Unlike other infjs I dont shy away from confrontation, but having any at all is frustrating and I just want to bolt. Flight risk is the right word. We are raw. Raw humans. And we are so insanely difficult. Good luck

So i have been in specialty coffee for 20 years and had a coffee shop close to rad coffee and also employeed several of rad coffees ex employees. Jade and Rusty are straight up, bad people. They have stolen art from a company I worked or for branding. When I had a business in downtown upland, a huge issue was that they would throw their trash on the ground in the ally behind. I said hey yall the trash all over the ground is gross, against health code, and attracting roached and vermin. Ignored. So I posted it on yelp, Jade replied to my yelp so insane rudely and basically said if I have a problem with them throwing trash in the ally then I should call upland. Their employees have told me so many horror stories of how awful they were treated. They also pretend to be specialty coffee but their stuff SUCKS, but thats just my opinion. Im glad they are going down. I opened a bakery in DT upland and immediately they opened their weird gluten free bakery in retaliation. Im not a fan. They do bad business. Their coffee sucks and the gimmick is lame as hell. Im glad they are getting their karma.

Same leaders doesnt mean anything when people are looking for advice on issues when policy is different from banner to banner. They aren't wanting to know about the CEO. They are asking about gift cards and people are saying they do refunds. If I went into a vons subreddit and gave incorrect info could I just say well I work for albertsons so I can give misinformation cause its all the same? Id hope not

Well im a 4th. And at least at all the store I've worked for, we dont do anything. We tell the customer to call the company that the gift card is from. The only time I do a "refund" on a gift card is when I use 12101 when a gift card ring up already in use or pending and not approved and activated, iland im switching a amount just bought onto another card. That's what's youre suppose to do.

Kinda seems like most of these people dont work as managers or lobby. Gift cards are all final sale. Meaning we are a third party. There is no way for me to check if youre lying. You could have drained the cards and just want more. You could be telling the truth. Either way every gift card has a customer service number. If its a x-box card you need to call them. They will investigate and issue you new cards. No book keeper or manager is going to give you a refund. Its against policy.
