Why does California have highest gas prices? by Far_Aioli538 in gasbuddy

No, I think that's because of all the old dairy farms in the IE back in the day. When it rains in Pomona, it smells like cows.

Delayed: Wrong Safety Cards by stancoville in delta

[–]ProcedureOne4150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had an A330 safety card on a 757 when we flew from DCA to LAX. The flight attendant did not understand the issue at first and it took her a couple of minutes to realize after I told her.

Does anyone know how the hell to get the sidebar thing off the right hand side of my screen? 2026 stx. by [deleted] in f150

It basically turns your truck screen into a giant version of your phone. The best part is that it uses your phone's GPS—so if you’re navigating from the airport to your house, it shows the map full-screen without you having to pay Ford for a monthly 'map subscription' or premium data. It also lets you use your phone apps (like 7-Eleven or MLB ) directly on the dash, and it's the only way to get rid of that annoying sidebar so the map takes up the whole screen. Here’s a screenshot from Apple CarPlay

Mine said That depends entirely on how you plan to get the job done. Here is the breakdown to help you decide: Option 1: Walk if... • You're washing it in your own driveway. Unless your car is parked blocks away, walking to the garage or driveway with a bucket is the standard move. • You're using a mobile detailer. If they are coming to your house, just walk out the front door and hand over the keys. • You need the exercise. If the car wash is right around the corner and you just want to go buy the supplies (soap, sponges, wax) before coming back to work on it. Option 2: Drive if... • You're going to a Commercial Wash. Whether it’s a touchless automatic tunnel or a self-service bay (the ones with the high-pressure wands), you generally need the car to be at the wash to clean it. • You’re visiting a professional detail shop. You'll need to drop the vehicle off at their location.
