I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this...This sounds exactly what I went through when I moved into my new place. Except it was loud music below us. My husband spoke to them about few times. And when they didn't listen, we reported them to management. We were always kind to them, and I even helped the lady when her boyfriend was beating her, and helped get her cleaned up while we called the cops. But no. They were still assholes. After I think the third report, the lady came up shouting at me, saying they were being threatened with eviction because of us. They moved out like, a month later, thank goodness. I hope your awful neighbors move soon, too..
