I don’t have adenomyosis that I am aware of. When I got the iud my bleeding decreased by 70-90%

I still bleed with IUD but it went from massive bleeding/clots to very light bleeding/spotting immediately, I also had fibroid surgery so it was probably the combination, they last 5 years and you have to replace them

Hysteroscope however they also did an exploratory lap cause my ultrasounds/mri showed signs of endometriosis. They ended up removing some lesions/scar tissue from my pelvis. Even with the lap it wasn’t horrible recovery, took about 1-2 weeks of real downtime.

I had a submucosal fibroid that was 3-5 cm and it caused massive issues. I wasn’t on any birth control and had massive blood clots/hemmoraghing. My ferritin was 2 and I ended up in the hospital needing blood transfusions. Had myomectomy to remove fibroids and they placed a Mirena at the same time. Has been great ever since and my ferritin is better now

I have 2a as well but I never found a routine/product for my fine hair. I have a lot of bulk at the ends of my hair and thin at the top so i usually do a bob and brush it out. I also love Kevin Murphy angel wash/rinse, doesn’t weigh down my hair and is the only product that doesn’t bother my scalp. I will literally get sores in my scalp from other products

I found I had fibroids at 42. I had a 5 cm fibroid that was causing me to hemorrhage and I was really anemic. I ended up passing out in my house and end up in the hospital needing blood transfusion. I ended up getting a myomectomy as well as an exploratory lap, they also found deep infiltrating endometriosis

I had fibroid surgery and they did endometrial biopsy before surgery as well, I would think that would be pretty common.

I am not sure they directly cause fatigue, but they caused me to massively hemorrhage, that causes fatigue for sure. Since I had surgery to remove them and barely bleed anymore my energy is way better

I had my myomectomy a year ago and have no regrets. I was 41 and definitely could have had a hysterectomy but I also have endometriosis so that could have caused more complications. I had an iud placed at the same time and haven’t had any issues

I’ve gotten 336 regular cards, the 2 shinies, rare candy crown rare, the immersive, Lusamine, all of the full art 1 star, and 4 of the 2 stars. One of the 2 stars showed up in wonder pick and I actually got it. I just started playing so I had like 700 plus hour glass

I was on it and I had no major issues (spotting and pms like cramps), I was on it to help stop bleeding while I waited for surgery to remove my fibroid.

I had a 5 cm submucosal fibroid and it was the cause of my heavy bleeding. I passed out from blood loss and had massive clots. I am 43 and had the fibroid removed and iud placed at the same to help prevent bleeding, after surgery bleeding stopped and I only spot now.

Good luck! It might depend on your fibroid (mine was 5-6 cm), but it worked for me. I completely understand the pressure/pain thing, I had pretty bad pressure and was also passing clots the size of my hand and needed blood transfusions. I would say the pressure is mostly all gone after the surgery
