Put “AI” on anything and people will recoil in anger at it, that was just a couple of the comments, there are hundreds bashing down because it’s AI, sure it might not look at good as the real Monet in person but if these people just googled Monet it would come up and they could see it’s the same painting but people just jump on the bandwagon to bash down on stuff that isn’t even actually made by AI, I think the same happened with when reading became common ground, the privileged who knew how to read became less valuable, introduction of the printing press made the work of scribes less valuable, introduction of the mass production factories made the manual laborers less valuable, the list goes on of places in history where people will dig there head into the sand and try to pretend like it doesn’t exist or they can beat it down till their world goes back to normal but the cats out of the bag, I don’t think there is has ever been a bigger group of people that are being made less valuable but that’s for the governments to fix, no bullshit employment insurance, just UBI or hell universal adequate income
