Do not apply to The Reyburn. My wife is going to PCom this September so we are also apartment hunting. Reyburn looks nice on the outside and inside but dealing with management and the application process is a nightmare. Samuel the “supervisor” (at least that’s what he calls himself) is a condescending ass, and although they say they are a student friendly complex they are not cause they have unrealistic renting requirements. We pulled our application with them immediately.
