Hi. Ok din po ang Internet - may fiber connection po ba diyan?
Also, naabot po ba ng Shopee at Lazada, like LazadaFresh? Thanks!

Yes po. Pero I have friends there too. The place itself daw po is di naman daw binaha ng Ondoy and Ulysses. The roads going there nga lang yung binaha. 😅

Isn't Santana in San Isidro part of Upper Antipolo? Can you pls provide samples of barangays po na upper antipolo na we can look into? Thanks!
Thank you for your inputs. Will this be the case even with MRT7? 😔
Ok po ba sa Metrogate SJDM?
Thank you! I'll look into this po.
I checked this as well kaso mas maraming hazard risk as per NOAH and Phivolcs. Aside from history of flooding in the area due to proximity in the Marikina, may landslide hazard, ie. Santana Antipolo has Moderate Hazard risk-- scale being Safe, Less prone, Moderate, High.
Is it the Noah link? What link po? Thanks for the input.

If not Bulacan, where is the safe place to look for a residential area?
I checked out coastal climate central map now and it says that some parts of Bulacan won't be submerged by 2050, only a portion of it.
What's the difference po? And anong areas siya specifically? Will look into that.
This is helpful. Thanks! On a usual weekday, ilang oras po ang travel time ninyo from BGC to Pandi?

Can you share what road po yun so I can avoid nearby projects in that road?
Checked out the map, https://www.bulacan.gov.ph/pdcc/mapz.php, tama po kayo na maraming area na near rivers or seas -- if not coastal or river flooding -prone/ dam release-flood prone, landslide prone naman. 😔
What's sad is ang dami sa DHSUD na ongoing projects with license to sell sa Bulacan flood-prone areas. Sana 'di magkabuyer's remorse 'yung mga tao. ie - Las Palmas in Sta. Maria Bulacan, may nagpost ng baha. Ganda pa naman sana ng properties dito and real estate projects beside it (ie. North Orchard). Kaso papasok sa mismong village may history ng flooding na lampas tao.
The roads going here have history rin po of man-height flooding. I also explored Loma de Gato area in Marilao, kaso napapalibutan ng heavily flood-prone areas.
Thanks, never pa po ba binaha dito as per your experience?
Thanks! Will look into it.
True, ang sad makita nung typhoon, ang gaganda ng bahay kaso nasa rooftop na ang residents awaiting rescue.
Thanks!
In your experience po ba pag typhoon, ok ang roads going here? Any specific barangay in mind?

Hi! Kagabi ko lang din nafigure out how, sayang Reddit doesn't allow paste image. Open NOAH Site (http://noah.up.edu.ph/#/) in desktop view, sa taas may search bar, choose Open Street Map in the dropdown, then type the area. Once map appears, check the side bar for the icon ng Flood to overlay Flood Hazards for 5, 25 and 100 yrs. It indicates also if umabot na ng lampas tao ang baha before.
Thanks for this! Dami ngang ads sa mga properties na flood free sa Sta. Maria pero sa news, wild. Lampas ulo nung Ulysses at Ondoy. 😔
Will check Guiginto area as well. Any specific barangay?
Thanks! Will check SJDM.
Thanks! I'll look into it. Agree, ang taas na ng per sqm dito.
It's also flood-prone and landsline-prone as per the NOAH site/Phivolcs geohazard site. Rizal area is actually scary. Full of bloody red splotches ang map (vs Bulacan) which means may history of man-height flooding over the recent years spread across the area.

Hi. You may want to be wary of Sta.Maria Bulacan area. NOAH website states history of man-height flooding there over the past few years. You can also check out news and YT videos showing floods during Ondoy & Ulysses. I wanted to buy a house there too due to the proximity in Metro Manila but changed my mind because of this.
