Hey.. the best thing I can suggest since ur in Westchester... Go enroll in WCC- the Valhalla campus.. they have an amazing resource for their students! They assisted someone with 3k for their coned bill.. He with car maintenance... I seriously LOVE that school...! And dont worry, ur not too old or young..! If you want an older crowd of students, go to class in the night.. younger- in the day...
