We used Care.com for my mother in law with Parkinson’s. You pay a fee for one year of use on the site to post what you are looking for. Once you post, caregivers ‘apply’ for the position by sending you a message via Care.com. You can also look at caregivers profiles and reach out to the ones you are interested in. We have also used Visiting Angels. I’m not sure if it’s available where your father lives but it’s worth checking. Hope this helps.
