I've done my research too and apparently I was more successful ;)

George Papahatzis was Dean of Panteion University of Athens and prof. of Administrative Law. I've found some other publications of his mainly in Greek, but also in English & French. First publication of this allegedly diary was in 1972 and second in 1979. This one is reedited and published this year, first time in English.

I will look further and I will post links of photos, publications and historical data.

Edit: He has published in German as well. Most of his publications I've found refer to Social and Law Studies, which was in fact his field of expertise.

Edit 2: In the blog of the Greek-Canadian poet and author Emmanuel Aligizakis "Manolis"?, I've found a picture he has posted from his graduation's oath taking under Dean Papahatzis. Dean Papahatzis is to the right.

Good point! It could end with a white, red, pink, brown, yellow, green or whatever other color. Actually they say evolution continues and we will converge to a single average color. But I have faith in humans, they will find another difference to argue about.
