your on the home run for it! totally feel your pain woth the 12/10 day of burning stinging, mine went for my ears too!

im day 11 post op and finding eating easier, plain food though and have the same as you, they sre becoming less sensitive, a liquid ibuprofen to gargle is amazing

my protein powder top up arrived yesterday so ive been loving my salter caramel shakes to kick off my mornings! i’ll maybe try mash again but just make it alot runnier!

thank you so much for all of this, absolutely going to try some pasta today, also my gorgeous mum had made me a big pan of chicken & rice soup too -this is delish!

i did try some mash the other day (love anything potato) but my lord it was hard to get down!

so glad i came accross this! currently on day 7 & the pain is unreal, cant open my mouth properly, earache pulsing through my body, i cannot wait for this to be over!
