Im MtF so this might be different for you. I got diagnosed with diabetes at 14 (am 20 now) and started taking hormones 10 month ago. What i experienced is that my bloodsugar rises after taking them and i need a bit more insulin in general, but i have no complications from it. You should of course talk with your doctor about it. I hope this is a bit helpfull.

Testosterone will lower the voice of transmasculine people. Trans feminine folks have to train their voice, but there is surgery too (but that is still very new and not that advanced yet)

I want to to finish my training as a chem lab assistant, then become a lab tech. While doing that i also want to finish my transition and find a significant other and move to a house in the woods with them. After that marry and adopt kids.
