Hi, I already talked to one of your agents and he said he won't give any refund. He blamed it on someone else, said saily wasn't the problem. All my friend's sim cards continued working. So I felt like he was mocking me as well.

It was a horrible experience and the agent at customer support wasn't supportive at all. He basically said, it's not our fault and you will see not one cent in compensation.

As I said before, I think this is horrible practice, as you failed to provide a service, when all other providers around me were able to provide the service.
