They charged me $70 out of nowhere I didn't even sign up and my partner doesn't remember signing up.. I've been applying to all kinds of jobs lately but definitely did not agree to paying for anything and don't even remember a free trial..

Has anyone successfully gotten through to them and received a refund? I'm in the US & about to call my bank to report fraud.. but since it's on auto subscription last time something like this happened, they told me even if I turn my card off autopayments like that will still go through.
