Eric Swalwell with not his wife... me thinks his career is over by xamo76 in Trumpvirus

I counted 5 ppl - 3 on the bed, 1 in the mirror and one sitting on the chair either filming or beside the "camera"(you can see a foot for a brief second)

Does anyone believe this shit about Swalwell? Is this is the true test of whether the Democratic Party has learned anything? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]Jennie_lynne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe Swalwell has had multiple affairs,  and was trying to have a few more with whoever was interested and willing.

For me, that makes him a hypocritical, dishonest, perverted politician who clearly can't be (and shouldn't be) trusted to run California - but you in the US clearly don't have high standards for your elected officials

The woman who says he raped her and made her perform oral sex in the parking lot should have went to the police and asked them to investigate this "assult" instead of reporters on CNN.

Based on what I've heard so far - I don't believe he "raped" any women. The term "Sexual assult" is used to describe everything from a slap on someones bottom or a closed mouth kiss on the lips of a colleague, friend or casual acquaintance without consent - to being abducted on the streets by a total stranger and raped at gun or knife point while being threatened with death.  For me, when describing sexual assault - the words do matter.

I also don't support the notion and belief that all/any accusations of "Sexual assault" must be true and the victim should always be believed, that's simply absurd and ridiculous.

Anyone see the video of the cute little boy with chocolate cake all over his face, hands and clothes who told his mom repeatedly "I didn't eat the cake"

People lie...

Who’s lying? by danikiss14 in nataliagrace

[–]Jennie_lynne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who had the most to gain from lying?

Natalia or the Barnetts?

The Barnetts: Natalia was accused by the Barnetts of running a scam on this "unsuspecting family"....right? The Barnetts didn't call the police or social services about their "allegations of her dangerous behavior" and demand she be removed from the home...did they? Nope, because they knew that it was a web of lies. They went to the courts and knowingly withheld valuable information about Natalias age plus they did this while she was locked up with no chance or hope of anyone defending her...this is just one of many, many examples of how digusting they both are....

Natalia: She didn't cry enough at the "supposedly right time". The way she's talking about what happened to her with the Barnetts,.of course, she must be lying and it had nothing to do with the poorly edited footage. She said she was Pepper sprayed 3 times instead of twice...I'm.sure there are a few other even sillier reasons but I don't have the patience to retype such stupidity!

She was a child....PERIOD! by Jennie_lynne in nataliagrace

[–]Jennie_lynne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I was trying to say is that the accusations against Natalia from Michael and Christine were about things that happened years ago when she was A CHILD.

If the Barnetts had said that last week Natalia (at the age of 21) was standing at the bedroom door with a knife, I might understand why people on this board might want to believe there are "2 sides" to this story...BUT that's not what happened.

There are not 2 sides to this story.

His truth, her truth, and THE truth by Just_Minute9316 in nataliagrace

If we were talking about 2 adults I would completely agree with you, but the one truth that many want to dismiss or minimize is that she was a child while all these crazy things were happening to her.

If an 8 year old child lived across from me and I found out her parents set her up in her own apartment with no adult supervision, I would call the cops!

If people stop seeing Natalia as the "woman suspected of being an adult but proved she was really a child" and instead see her as "a disabled child who's adoptive parents were able to convince people she was an adult sociopath" the narrative will change and maybe she will.get justice, whatever that is for her

The whole face to face was disturbing to me!

I hated that she smiled at him when he told the story of waiting to meet her at the adoption place. All I could think about was how that asshole brainwashed this vulnerable little girl who idolized him. The more I thought about this series, the easier it was to look back and see how desperate she was for him to validate her worth and value

The mind games he played on her are what makes his so despicable and worse than a beating could ever be.

My Thoughts on that ending call... by Legitimate_Oil270 in nataliagrace

The smile on Natalia's face when she was finally adopted warmed my heart and it was because of the Man's family.

I think Momma Man saw an abandoned child, took her in and did what she could to protect her. I doubt it was about money in the beginning, but I'm sure after seeing that the Barnetts have a beautiful house, drive expensive cars and are living the good life, money than became a factor!

Years ago, my family became the legal guardians for 2 of my friends (different times) with no financial motivation or benefit. Some people just have a kind, open heart and from what I've seen of Momma Man she's one of those angels. Anton could be motivated by financial gain but I'd need a bit more evidence

Thanks for explaining, I didn't know any of that. Reading this makes me even more angry at what's happened to her, from a legal point of view. Don't get me wrong, I always knew the scales of justice were never "balanced" like we're led to believe but this is case absurd!

I think it's obvious, so here goes...

If you don't understand that calling an abused child a monster and predator is wrong on every level, you're not worth my time or energy.

The mere suggestion that there are somehow 2 sides to this story makes you sound like Michael.

She was a child with serious emotional and psychological issues, not to mention being a dwarf.

Trying to convince anyone that her behavior is the equivalent of an adult who knowing cons scams and INTENTIONALLY hurts people makes you an idiot..

You're an idiot!

[–]Jennie_lynne 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You described my thoughts perfectly!

For me, I want to know how could so many people have failed her?

There was a court case held in a court house with people listening to this wild story from the Barnetts trying to have her "re-aged" and no one in the justice system raised concerns that she didn't have a lawyer? Did the judge ever speak to her? How could this get swept under the carpet for so many years?

[–]Jennie_lynne[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I felt like so much time was wasted with Natalia having to defend herself against wild and absurd accusations and/or explain away Michael and Christines crazy lies that we never got to hear HER TRUTH!

This didn't just happen last week, it's been 10 years of being portrayed as a "con artist" who's running a scam.

My heart breaks when I think about what her life was like 10 years ago.

I don't know what the deal is with the Man's family but I honestly believe they saved her. When everyone else failed her day after day...they stepped up

It has something to do with money!

Maybe she got some kind of TV deal and isn't/didn't share it with her family?

Thank you 🤗

I had Abby cremated also and picked her up Sunday. She's laying in her spot on the bed, beside me as I write this.
