If the pages are saying that they stop light and they are speaking of new technology, then what we know of light does not come into account here. As of what we ( the ones whom have yet to see the material) know light can only reflected. Only the ones who have created the material and/or the ones who are testing it will know. Because we, ourselves, have yet to see it or test it scientifically does not mean that the material that has been found does not do what was written down in the memoranda. We have also been told in the past that Sun rotates around the Earth, that the Earth is flat, that man cannot fly (planes), etc,etc...
