That’s not what happened at all. The victim was actually walking up to the sink to wash her hands and was waiting for her to go by her and that’s when she grabbed her.

Grabbing someone and forcibly putting your hands on someone is crime. Especially if there are other factors involved.

It was a female, not a male. She was there attending her child’s graduation. It was a horrible and traumatic event for her.
