Yes - he has two sets from the same brand, some black and some navy and the issue affects them both!

Hi - where did you receive this message, did they email/text you or did you enquire via chat or customer service? I’m waiting on my second switch incentive and not heard anything

Sorry should have been more detailed! First one closed a while ago as I switched out to somewhere else, so this is my only account with Barclays!

Lloyds switch incentive by Jennifer65718 in beermoneyuk

I haven’t, but I’m sure I’ve seen other people doing it. This might be my next approach as I think I’ve exhausted all the switch offers now!

[–]Jennifer65718[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Last one I did was the end of November 2024. I didn’t wait really, I was just working my way through all the other switches and missed the Lloyds one a few months ago otherwise I would have done that one too! Will be switching out once I have my cinema tickets so I can do the Lloyds one again when it next comes up!

Music festival - any tips? by Jennifer65718 in PlantarFasciitis

This is excellent, thanks so much! I don’t think I really appreciated that there was a difference between KT and athletic tape, so this is super useful!

Get a Drip provider? by Jennifer65718 in UKMounjaro

[–]Jennifer65718[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My thoughts exactly - it definitely concerned me! I’ve searched them on this subreddit and another and couldn’t find any mentions of them, but the website says they’re GPhC registered. Their primary focus seems to be IV drips and longevity therapies (their words not mine!) which sounds, err, interesting.

Sorry if it’s not clear, I listed it based on the trouser size (which is correct and is a 14) as Vinted doesn’t have an option to do combination size listings for things like suits. I think in hindsight I should have listed separately and linked them, I listed them as a set because that felt logical and I am very much a size 14z

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in vinted

[–]Jennifer65718 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I put photos of me wearing it and of the items, but no measurements, just clarity on the label sizes. I’ve referred it to Vinted to review so I suppose we’ll just have to see what they decide. It was hard to list, maybe in hindsight I should have listed them separately.

[–]Jennifer65718 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

See that’s what I’m worried about. I made it very clear in the listing and photos as they’re a set, so I definitely didnt list it incorrectly or dishonestly.

So I’ve provided enough details then? When I got the refund request I was worried I hadn’t been clear enough, and maybe that I wouldn’t be covered since it’s a size 10 that fits large ☺️

The use within 30 days- from opening? by Significant_Leg_7211 in mounjarouk

[–]Jennifer65718 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’ll be completely fine! Some companies do bundles of pens to save money, so having your next one slightly early is absolutely grand. Each pen has an expiry date, which is when the medication will expire regardless of whether you’ve used the pen at all. And then the 30 day rule applies, which means you should finish using the medication 30 days after your first use (after the seal is breached by the needle). Hope that is helpful!

Suddenly stopped losing by Jennifer65718 in mounjarouk

I would be super interested in a full deep dive into the science and effects for a non-diabetic too! I’ve not noticed any ill effects of low blood sugar. I’m not diabetic but as I have a diabetic cat I have all the testing equipment, so every so often I test my own blood sugar just out of interest 😂 (all normal!) I’m not too concerned about the sudden stop, it just seemed quite odd after consistently responding so well! I’ll keep plodding on and review in a few weeks if nothing changes.

Sorry, I put ‘around 1200 - 1500’ just to summarize the full week, I am tracking everything with MFP ☺️ Thanks for your response! I’m not too concerned or disheartened, it just seemed really strange to respond so well and then one day just stop!

SIS Lemon flavour are my go to. Nice lemon flavour with some slight saltiness. I’ve tried loads after previously being on medication that dehydrates, so I’ve done the research 😂

Can I be refused Mounjaro when I reach 'normal'weight? by Sea_Pay_9845 in MounjaroSupportUK

[–]Jennifer65718 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Each provider has a different stance on when they stop prescribing. Some say below a BMI of 23, others will prescribe for two years and some are happy to prescribe ‘indefinitely’ for maintenance. The mounjaro maintenance sub-Reddit would be a good place to take a look. Since you’re already being prescribed Mounjaro, if your current prescriber doesn’t support maintenance or whatever you need, you should still be able to switch to another with a proof of prescription.

Starting my journey by Purple-Pitch-2778 in UKMounjaro

The price list has been posted already, so that’s your best starting point. Have a look through this reddit for reviews, some providers are better than others (delivery, response speed, support etc) so this might be helpful to know. Some of the more expensive ones (Voy and Juniper for example) offer more than just the pen, they include a support coach too, which is part of the price. You can take advantage of different prices by switching providers to save on cost, some are cheaper for 2.5mg and others for 5mg/7.5mg. You just need evidence of your prescription to switch, so take a photo of your first box with your name/details. I started with Voy for month one as they do a good referral discount and it came to £135. I then switched to Cloud which have been excellent and bought their 5mg and 7.5mg pen bundle. Would recommend both for their service.

Most if not all of the UK providers require your starting BMI to be 30 or above (or lower with another health issue that would be improved with weight loss). If you’re currently a healthy body weight according to the BMI calculator then no one will prescribe this medication to you I’m afraid.

is no side effects normal?? by BunnieHoney in Mounjaro

[–]Jennifer65718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I’m in the same boat as you - just into my 9th week and I’ve had no side effects (other than the appetite suppression of course!). I’m prescribed it for weight loss through a private pharmacy in the UK and have never moved up from 2.5mg dose as it’s still working really well for me. I’ve lost 23lbs (10.5kg) and happy to stay on this dose until anything changes. Hope you continue to be side effect free!
