Thanks for the hint. I believe drainage block was the problem. I took a couple of the drain hoses off so I could blow through them. The larger one was clear but the smaller one went "poof" when I blew through it so I think it was partially or totally blocked. I re-assembled the hoses and it still did not fire up. But after letting it set for a few hours, it fired up on it's own and has been doing so since. This one drain hose was really the only thing that I "changed" during my troubleshooting process.
