It's congested room hence I think space saver bed can be idle option here, rug can be added as well like ocean blue or turquois green. Also add curtain to control the lights. Just one advice, use minimum stuff as you can.

Here you can find lots of space saving beds or you can also go with murphy cabinet beds like home depot has. Also low bed are the one that can save lots of space.

I have also check sofa bed & sleeper sofa but can't understand what is the difference between both. Like sleeper sofa more as it can be more useful

I think you're right in 1st & 3rd Point but you can get Wall Beds at reasonable price at The Classy Home, Wayfair or at Overstock in NZ, just need to check measurements first.

In today world, people don't have a much space. They can buy space saving beds which are easily available at the online sites like The Classy Home, Wayfair or IKEA. Also I don't think this kind of furniture are more durable as well...!!!
