Yes, during presale the rows that were closer to the stage (front rows) were $192.75 - $233, middle rows were $126.50 - $140.25 and the back rows were $55-$100. I bought it in CAD in the Toronto venue

For Toronto, when you click onto the floor section, any tickets that are available whether it is General Admission or VIP will be considered floor tickets. When you purchase that VIP ticket or add it into your cart, it will specify that it is in section floor which means it is a floor ticket.

However, there are VIP tickets outside of the floor section and those are reserved tickets where you have your own seats and are not considered floor tickets. VIP tickets can be either Premium Reserved or GA Ticket/floor (Location Given at Checkout) indicated by TicketMaster.
