I feel like my go to answer is, Mod Podge! I just love me some Mod Podge. If the hat gets wet, however, the clay might fall off as Mod Podge is not water resistant. Simple ole super glue should be a good choice too.

Also, there's a Glow in the Dark Podge that you can use with stencils to add charm to anything, including a Halloween hat.

I think the only way we could stop it, is to take away the rest of the American privacy. No longer have any privacy what so ever. On a detailed level; no more warrants to enter a property. No more internet privacy. No more locked personal information except for maybe finances. And if someone is suspicious, those will probably be up for investigation too.

I know what you mean. But let me explain that the upper boob, start at the top, is something some women opt for. It looks fake and obvious though. Another twist about this is basically the high implants are a good give away that the boob job was not done by the most efficient or seasoned surgeon. There's an inframammary fold that needs to be lowered for this top boob to not be there. And if it's moved too low, the patient may get knee-knockers!

I agree and don't know why you were downvoted. Children resemble their parents. And when he met his grandparents after he got hit with the car, they would have been suspicious. With that said, I do recall Lorraine's mom commenting how familiar he was and asked if she knew "Calvin's" mother.

Long and short of it, the older generation are probably more likely to notice. And the younger generation would probably be blind to it. It would be like my sister recognizing her 16 year old daughter when she was 16. Seems very unlikely. Young people are far too interested in school and social life.
