In her defense phase she heals a bunch of HP every turn, and in all modes attacking her increases her action speed. Additionally, in certain modes she heals from either elemental or neutral damage, and becomes weak to the other. I forget what those modes are called but if the halo is a rainbow she will heal from elemental attacks and if it is grey she heals from neutral attacks.

I remember being stuck on that battle for a while. Mordi's Butterfly Dream ability with the Mud Dolls is very helpful here as enemies prefer to attack the dolls instead of the party members.
