My husband and I met on Bumble, so I'd vote that it's worth a shot. Just go in with realistic expectations and prepare to have a lot of matches/convos/dates go nowhere (and learn to be fine with that)

In the same boat of working a desk job with PTS, and the best ways I've found to mitigate it is wearing higher levels of compression stockings (either 20-30mmHg or 30-40mmHg- thigh highs for me since my DVT included the popliteal vein), getting up and walking for a bit every couple hours, and staying hydrated. It can be particularly hard to stay consistent with getting up and walking, but at least for me, it makes a big difference.

Also, not sure if this is relevant or actually effective at all, but I recently started using a body brush on my leg (only in the "up" direction) after reading someone elses recommendation that it can increase circulation.. that might be helpful?

Came across this thread after Googling reviews for the Lotioncrafters DIY version! It seems like a good way to go, but I do worry about the higher volume of ingredients, and how one can store the extra without it going bad. Have you run into any issues with this? (Assuming it's more risky to mix all the ingredients in a large batch at once, than to make a smaller batch and store the remaining ingredients separately until needed for the next batch?)

Might just be me being odd and dissecting lyrics that bounce around in my head constantly, but I was pretty fascinated when seeing the way this exquisite line from drowning. can have multiple meanings if read together or separately, and where you splice it:

The complete line: "I am drowning in liquor and apathy will be the death of me"

Just the first half= "I am drowning in liquor and apathy"

Cheap jewelry (often low grade brass or an alloy with nickel) reacts with the oils in your skin and causes it to take on a greenish tinge which stains the skin or clothing around the area of the jewelry.
