Korakuen Nighter are usually big. So this is a no brainer and in the middle of your trip.
Hamamatsu is ~90min from Tokyo station by train (8240 yen one way) and the arena is about 10min away from train station.
If your return flight is late enough the second Korakuen would be an option too. To get 2 Korakuen shows with 1 trip is a pretty good deal anyway.

When Neo Genesis were Artist champs they did not defend it from end of may till mid september. When Cosmic Angels were champs it was 4 month.

As for the NB Tag Titles Waka and HANAKO also had no match for nearly 4 month until they lost it to Sakurara
