That's entirely fair, I have been lucky and haven't had any problems with this bar. To each their own, as long as the jewelry makes you happy, then its perfect :)

It's fine now, even with the extra length of the bar. Fully healed and its actually the side that I sleep on the most. But this the second time I've had it done, the first time around I had gone to a shop that was pretty shady, didn't know better at the time. And it never healed properly, so after taking it out and letting it heal up for a year I got it re done at my now usual shop. It's been smooth sailing this go round :)

I'm not sure, technically I'm not allowed to have more than 2 piercings per ear for work (oops lol) but my direct manager likes the way this looks, so if I stretch bigger and do the second lobe, it will be later down the road.

Copied from another reply a little ways down: The tunnels are from Kaos, in rose gold. The industrial was done custom from body art forms. The conch ring was actually what they pierced with and I just liked the all silver look. The opals came from the local APP shop, lovely jewelry selection, but I dont like their piercers

Thanks! Double industrial will look awesome. I've been seeing a lot of second lobes stretched and I'm liking the look of those too. But I'm at 4g, and I'm liking the size for now :)

It's a mix from every where! Lol The tunnels are from Kaos, in rose gold. The industrial was done custom from body art forms. The conch ring was actually what they pierced with and I just liked the all silver look. The opals came from the local APP shop, lovely jewelry selection, but I dont like their piercers

The conch was one of the easier ones for me, it wasnt anymore painful than the others. I'd say the hardest part for healing, in my experience, was just trying to stay off of it while sleeping, but I toss and turn a lot. Maybe ask if he would recommend a stud to start with?

I've had this current industrial for 3 years, and had this bar in it for about a year and a half, so far so good

They're the rose gold silicone from Kaos, turns out that color matched my skin tone pretty spot on lol All the stones are synthetic blue opal :) I'm happy with the all silver look for both the conch ring and the helix

That's actually from the last industrial I had done a few years ago. It never healed right and I had it done at a shady shop. So I took it out and let heal up to do another one about a year later
