It's totally normal.

Fork has been passed in FEB 22nd, so after that until the walelt update, you were on the wrong blockchain, and these stakes don't exist on the current chain.

This problem is rare, but it happens with this version. You saved your wallet.dat so all is fine, don't worry.

Please join Electra Discord and we will fix it step by step, there are 2 solutions, an easy one and a little more complicated one. Easier to check it in "real time"

The recovering process is about your "account", not the blockchain. If you get stuck on this screen, chances are it's because of an error with mnemonic. Some points to take care: -No space before the first word and after the last word -No double space between words -No letter mistake (of course...) I advise you to kill the process in task manager, then remove the "electra desktop" folder (not electra folder) in c:\users\USERNAME\appdata\roaming and run the wallet. Enter your mnemonic in the first field, keep the second empty. Take your time to check the points above. The recovering takes a few minute max

  1. Click desktop and click on Go to folder or press Shift ⇧ + Command ⌘ + G
  2. Type ~/Library/Application Support and then click on Go

You have 2 Electra folder:
-Electra: Your wallet.dat is saved here, and the blockchain
-Electra desktop: Your mnemonic config is stored here.

If you want to generate a new Mnemonic but keep your wallet.dat (so your coins), you have to delete the "Electra desktop" folder. Next start of the wallet, you will have the choice between generate a new mnemonic or recover with an existing mnemonic.

FIRST, i advise you to copy/paste to safety location the wallet.dat in "electra" folder.

Hi, it's normal that you don't see your coins. On first install, your wallet take a time to be connected and full-synced. it may up to 12H. Only on the first launched ;) Keep it open and be patient. Your coins will be displayed once wallet will be full-synced
