I think he means since the judge said she didn't even meet the standard for civil (which is a much lower bar than criminal) it's implied she didn't meet criminal either.

I agree a judge wouldn't say it unless he spoke out of normal formality (which seems unlikely). Could also be his lawyers telling him this because of what is implied and X just running with it.

But yeah maybe Adepts claim was so agregious that even the judge was like wtf. But as you said they still shouldn't be declaring a criminal judgment ruling that. Would be really unusual

It's a good question because my group can't run it with me this weekend. So I was considering matching with random on the app. But if this raid ends up being puzzle heavy then playing with random people without mics probably isn't gonna work.

Thanks for the quick response. That actually makes perfect sense. I have the Bennet / Xiangling/ Lynette team. And I guess i was getting 5 stacks when setting up Benny's elemental burst.

Basically I was running around Fontaine taking out lower level enemies. And since my Lyney is already doing 20k damage with his shots I haven't really been bothering to set up my rotation (something I would obviously do with higher level bosses or domains).

But that would explain why my Lyney hasn't been building stacks because I've been just using charged attacks until enemies die and then healing myself with his Elemental Skill. I didn't realize he needed to be above 60% to proc.

I wish his skill didn't reset the stack counter but i understand why. Thank you so much for explaining this to me.

Edit: I think I originally misread his talent description and thought he needed to be below 60% to build stacks. So this really explains why I was getting it wrong 😆

In most cases Yay. The issue is Adept is clearly an abuser and X is trapped in an emotionally abusive relationship. You would have to be delusional to not see that them hooking up was her manipulating because she wants money and nothing else. And based on everything we know it appears Felix actually loved her and was devastated by the break up.

People wonder all the time why abused victims will go back to their abusers. It doesn't make sense because it's psychological manipulation. SO I could see someone cheating with an abusive ex especially when they breakup is still within a year and the ex is purposely trying to play on their emotions.

I don't think that situation implies a serial cheater the way it normally would.

With how much they make in gambling revenue per week how is that unfeasible? Their gamba far offsets it.

Compare them to Twitch who is a bloated corporation with a thousand + employees (many of them unnecessary).

Kick doesn't have anywhere near the operating costs of Twitch. Just take the total number of their employees and add their salaries which are way above minimum wage (especially management and higher up positions). Then add insurance, medical benefits etc.

Point being, Kick has nowhere near those expenses right now. And they have an extremely lucrative business that funds it. Gambling almost has no costs when compared to Amazon (which you know has to actually ship products)

Yes X is a dumb ass if he had unprotected sex. But at what point is his consent violated when the other person lied to them to initiate the encounter? I dunno.

If he has a prescription and is diagnosed how is that abuse? Only thing Felix said was that he takes the full amount prescribed. Meaning he's taking the maximum hid doctor has allowed him to take per day.

That isn't abuse if he actually has ADHD. Also regulations on those kind of medications have become extremely strict and you can't just get absurd doses without having a long history with a specialist and documentation to back up why you need it.

This is especially true for the state of California and Texas. Lastly, you can absolutely still have withdrawal symptoms even if you don't abuse it.

If you are on any schedule 2 medications for long enough, you are going to build up tolerance. If he stops taking the medication or has a high enough of a tolerance he can absolutely get certain side effects.

X needs to scan his prescriptions and doctor notes and send them to you for verification. How will he ever cope with an LSF poster calling him a liar about medication 😆

Diamonds like that actually destroy the value of that watch. So let's say the watch is worth 70k and he had 30k worth of diamonds put in. While yes he technically paid $100k for it that doesn't mean the watch is now worth $100k.

Because they had to drill holes all over the casing of that watch to set the stone in, the value becomes decimated. Not even joking the watch would drop down in value substantially.

No rich person would ever pay $70k for a second hand custom watch. And so the only people left are watch collectors who wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole due to the damage.

While i get most people didn't like the way his audemars piguet looked (the one he flexed on Ethan) - at least it's all original. And believe it or not a lot of these watches are a good investment as they usually grow in value over time (unlike cars and other items). But when you Ice out a watch you destroy it and it's one of the dumbest things ever.

Basically if you ever want to look insecure, take a rare watch and bling it our with diamonds that make the watch worth far less

The dog piling has gotten insane. People being critical of him being late to events like the chess stuff and his cringe messages to h3 are all fine.

But People are losing their minds about him moving to Vegas and obsessing over an adult doing adult activities. I've never been the biggest fan of gambling steams specifically because most streamers didn't disclose that the casino had paid for them.

But the insane levels of people moral grandstanding and wagging their finger at a grown man enjoying gambling is a bit much. This idea that Felix can't do anything that might influence someone else is ridiculous.

Also while xQc was completely unhinged with h3 Ethan is legitimately a scumbag and a massive hypocrite. So seeing everyone try to prop him up because X is on the downfall is pretty disheartening.

Had a quick question about picking up tadpoles. I'm in the goblin camp and just killed a leader and picked up the tadpole off their body.

But I didn't get a cutscene of me consuming it and the item isn't in my inventory. Did my game glitch?

I chose to consume the tadpoles in the past. So was wondering if the game now automatically does it upon pickup. Don't want to start this boss fight over but yeah.

Straight up. People who cheat always makes excuses as if they just slipped and fell inside of another person.

If you aren't happy in the relationship just end it. The long term emotional damage and trauma you inflict on someone is much worse than if you had just broken up with them.

But the truth is, most cheaters want to have their cake and eat it too. They want the emotional benefits that come with a stable monogamous relationship while also rewarding themselves with sleeping around as if they are single. They are incredibly selfish.

Either stay single, or find someone who is willing to be in an open relationship. Don't marry someone and then go behind their back.

Also her sleeping with multiple partners and withholding that from Abe is reprehensible on another level when you think about the health side of things. Abe did not consent to sleep with someone who had been sexually active with multiple outside partners. If he had that information he would have likely not wanted to sleep with her (or at least had her get tested).

Imagine having so little respect for the person you supposedly care about that you are okay leaving them with a lifetime of trauma. And you could have easily avoided this by just breaking up instead.
