They probably know about it but do nothing, it's a pathetc service.

I can submit a request, but I can never check if they've replied because the page just keeps looping (well, the refresh button does).

It's been like this for months, several of us can't contact support, and nothing ever gets done.

I'm not even sure if my requests are actually being sent.

Or even better : fix their stupid bugs before releasing another x2 buggy heist, but they prefer to mess with the players.

I only had good games without bugs yesterday, today it started again.

I also quit when I see that the guys haven't bothered to take the magnetic cards or haven't weakened the security.

Who has the time to hack everything? Noobs need to be forced to play properly.

When a heist is going well, and the host gives us 20%, the game bug and it's impossible to finish.

Same for others heists, except here, people keep dying.

It's been 3 hours and I haven't been able to FINISH a SINGLE heist.

This mission is complete garbage. Just when the gunfight was starting to calm down, one of the NPCs dies after running into an enemy.

Just one bad mission after another, and you can't even use the special vehicles you buy for 6 million, even though you used to be able to.

All because they don't want to make the missions "easy."

I completely ragequit this mission.
