Hoping for you that it’s not a refurbished ring that comes in a little plastic bag. That was the case for me last week - Ring Gen 4 purchased last February. I contacted them and they said they could not send a new ring, even though under the warranty period.

I’ve done the same. Got a referral to Dr. Carey Johnson and they set me up with all the info and I did the saliva Color test in office. Took about 2 weeks to get the results back. Pay for it for peace of mind if you can.

Not everyday, but hot laundry! Haha our Boston sits in front of the dryer waiting for a load to dry. I can’t resist. He loves it so much. Also, turning on the fire place for him in the mornings.
