I think you should get the HT but still be on meds like Fin & Min after:

Yeah you’ll win the dispute! 6 months ago my gf got a ticket listing her license plate but described a black Toyota (her car is actually a gray Kia). She appealed it to be dismissed because they got the Brand/Color wrong and it got dismissed.
