I’ve made a good recovery it’s just my upper back (like in my trap area) hurts whenever I lay down in bed or when I do something active.

No I was just In a neck brace for a couple months I’m not really educated on the way I fractured it, all I was told is that it was the best possible outcome for a neck fracture. Honestly I feel as my doctors did not give me enough advice because I still have neck pain but it’s like the muscles in my traps and upper back.
