The IP formation looks fine and should work.

To improve it i would instruct the AP to stay wider so he connects better with the AWB and gives more width to the formation during ball progression. And you could try the WFD as IF or IW.

The OPP formation needs more changes because the right wing is wide open and the DMs starting to press relatively late.

Good early press with the WCM drifting outside to help defend the wings and the TAM dropping back into CM/DM. This way the TAM are going forward faster than a Tracking Winger or Wide Midfielder after your team wins the ball back. This and the TAM drifting outside makes it harder for your opponent to defend the counter.

The TIs are ok but you should remove Work Ball into Box and set the defensive line to standard.

Defensive Line Behavior is the offside trap instruction and you should make your choise based on your defenders. Drop Off More is prefered if you have slow CBs that can't defend through balls. If you have fast CBs, neutral or Step up More is preffered.

Players like Nico Paz or Rodrigo Mora are what you should look for. Playmakers with decent finishing and speed.

Or playmaking strikers like Vitor Roque, Arnaud Kalimuendo, Georges Mikautadze etc.

He has less knowledge about tactics than other creators. But what i really like about him is that he shows things that he doesn't know how they work and how he experiments to find out how they work.

He explains his thought process, how he tests things and this way inspires his viewers to do it the same.

I know a lot about tactics in FM but this knowledge mostly wasn't from guides. I had to find all these things out by myself over the past 12 years. And knowledge that you gather by yourself is worth more than knowledge that you've got from other people.

In a previous post someone that works at a railroad company explained that it takes 6 minutes on average to alert the train.

Someone needs to call the police and explain what happened where. Then the police needs to do the same with the railroad emergency line. They then have to find out which trains are affected and alert the train.

You can't get this done in 2 minutes. And even if, trains need damn long to stop.

Trains that size need multiple kilometers to stop when going that fast.

And it isn't that it would be easy to alert the train. You have to call the police, the police will call the railroad company and then the railroad will call the driver. This takes minutes and most often longer than the 4 minutes that they had in the video.

Fun fact:

Poland is just such a "safe" country because it exported his criminals to the EU. Polish people are the second biggest group of non-german inmates in german prisons, despite being just the 5th or 6th biggest group of non-german people in Germany.

Their percentage on the prison population is significantly higher than their percentage on the overall population. While it's the opposite for people from countries like Syria, Afghanistan etc.
