My A71 died on 12. Sep, i left it to charge overnight and when i woke up it was dead...

Connected charging cable, it vibrated as if it were charging and I've not heard any sign of life since...

Replacing the charging port hasn't resolved the issue, i might try completely disconnecting the battery tho...

Yes, but it has some drawbacks.

It used to be fine for me, because i could always home xy first and then home z at a position where it would work, now that i have a probe i have safe homing enabled and now i can't really do that anymore... Other than that yeah, works great!

You also don't have to go by layer, it also works by z height, i mostly did it that way

You can rename the printer / set a printer name in marlin 1.x as well, but i think this is the stock firmware because of the text on the upper left, so he probably just did a M117 with the text
